Getting to Lloret de Mar

By road

There are three road accesses to Lloret. Travelling northwards from Barcelona, take the coastal C-32 motorway as far as Palafolls and then drive the last 12 km along the N-II and G-682 roads to Blanes and on to Lloret. Travelling southwards from France, take the AP-7 motorway until Exit 9 (signposted Lloret de Mar) and then drive the last 14 km along the GI-680 road. Travelling from Tossa de Mar, take the G-680 road for 12 km to Lloret. During their stay in Lloret, visitors can park their cars in any of the municipal or private car parks in the town.

The nearest airports to Lloret are Barcelona (75 km) and Girona airports (30 km). Barcelona airport has regular flights to all major cities in the world. Numerous low cost and charter flights to Girona airport link Lloret to many European cites.

How to get by PLANE

By train

Lloret de Mar has no direct train connections, but it is close to 2 main lines that connect with Barcelona and France.

To reach Barcelona, take the coastal Cercanías/Rodalies line from Blanes train station. To get to Blanes, buses operated by Pujol leave every half an hour.

Trains to Barcelona leave every half an hour, and the journey takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Girona train station is also 41 km away, serviced by both medium and long-distance trains.

By boat

Tourist cruises operate during the summer season between Lloret and nearby Blanes, Tossa de Mar and St. Feliu. There is a marina for medium-sized craft at Canyelles beach in Lloret.
