Treatment from front desk personnel was excelente,best we've ever received in a hotel! Food area was very organized,clean,and there was always food despite the many teenagers while we were there. Walk across the street to the beach and walking distance to some shops and grocery store. Quiet area.

Cleaning in the room could be better...lots of dust bunnies.

Lage ist super. 50 m vom Strand. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Allerdings wird der 4-Sterne-Standard nicht erreicht. Aber alles in allem zu empfehlen.

La proximité de la mer.
Lo que menos gustó
Cet hotel ne vaut pas les 4****, les chambres sont vielles, le mobilier triste et en mauvais état. L'insonorisation n'est pas saisfaisante, trop de bruit, des groupes de jeunes ont fait la fêtes dans les chambres jusque 3h du matin sans que personne n'interviennent... Fuyez...

We liked it's quiet location, but still very close to the centre of Lloret de Mar.

We found the bedroom walls to be very thin/poorly insulated and felt uncomfortable at how a quiet conversation was clearly heard from the room next to ours.

The location is probably the main positive about the hotel. Pools were also a plus. Breakfast pretty much the same everyday but lots to eat, except disgusting 'juices' made of powder, I guess. Hotel is just yards away from a bus stop that takes you in 5 mins to Lloret centre. Beach very quiet eventhough with lots of tourists.

On arrival to the hotel, I found out the price I was supposed to pay was incorrect and I was aked to pay about 50 Euros more. The second day of our stay we left early for Barcelona and when came back around midnight, our room was open!!! Unacceptable!!! Despite reporting immediately to the reception, we did not hear any apology form the staff. We were told that the governors were informed about the incident and that if nothing was lost, they are unable to do anything. Also, on the day of the departure (check out is 10am) at 9:30 I was literally sitting on the toilet, when cleaner got inside gesturing that is time for me to go...

La partie réception et piscine : très jolis. La proximité de la plage et du parking public.
Lo que menos gustó
La chambre : pas entretenue, vétuste, aucune insonorisation. La salle de bain , vraiment pas à la hauteur du nombre d'étoiles, même pour un hôtel espagnol !!!!

The location to the beach was fantastic - was nice to be away from the main area of lloret de mar which was always busy and crowded, the hotel rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast was better than we expected. The pool area has plenty of loungers. The hotel is low budget and pretty no frills.

The fact we were put in a room over the bar. It was very noisy and we were happy that people were there dancing and having a good time, but we just were wanting to relax at the beach and then sleep well at night. We did ask to move rooms and they kindly moved us to the otherside of the building - the new room was above the kitchen (still noisy but more bearable)

Las instalaciones del hotel y su cercanía y fácil acceso a la playa.Además la playa está muy bien.
Lo que menos gustó
El desayuno. Todo de pésima calidad pero una buena alternativa es coger sólo la habitación y desayunar en los bares que están cerca.
