I like the location only

This hotel need to be renovated. Very old furniture and bath etc. Very dark room. and very difficult to communicate with staff, as they doesnt speak english. Even to order eggs for breakfast inpossible.

Inpossible to order any kind of food in the restraunt and room rervice/ they didnt understand english at all!. And how it possible to pretend for 5 star hotel??

What we liked most
Good view from balcony, marvellous views from breakfast/dinner rooms and from the terrace, peaceful calmness in hotel (apparently the hotel attracts quiet guests without children - but we were visiting in late season), personnel usually quite friendly and discreet.

Room quite small (no place for chairs), overall quality of room not at 5-star level throughout (badly functioning balcony and fridge doors, no amenities like water-cooker for tea in room, lighting not good enough for elderly eyes). Lack of attention to detail: magazines in room from 2007, personnel not well trained in English (ordering fried eggs with bacon unsuccessful). I would recommend the hotel mainly for early and late season, and not for families.

Le cadre est somptueux. L'extérieur est trés charmant et l'interieur à un style trés chaleureux. L'accueil avec le cava a été une trés bonne surprise.

La froideur de certains membres du personnel . L' absence de sourire.

ottimo ristorante, posizione e cortesia dello staff

Per il livello dell'hotel ci si aspetterebbe il box doccia e non la tenda nella vasca da bagno. Sconsigliabile per persone anziane con problemi a fare le scale. La nostra camera era raggiungibile solo così

Un endroit calme et tranquille , pas de bruit , les personnes présentent recherchent le calme et la solitude. peu de chambre , ce qui rend la piscine et le jacuzzi un endroit silencieux et priviligié. ( + pret de serviette pour la piscine et la plage) . les chambres sont très cosies et climatisées. L'accueil est parfait et le personnel très compétents. hotel de très grande qualité qui se détache nettement des autres hotels de Lloret.

à noter que le buffet du midi et le menu du soir sont à 50€ par personne.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la comida excelente. Las vistas al mar preciosas. Me ha encantado el hotel, el trato por parte del personal te hace sentir muy a gusto.

Hôtel de charme dominant la plage et proche commerces avec terrasse et jardin très agréables

Salle de bains à moderniser (supprimer le rideau de douche en toile) penser à séparer les toilettes de la salle de bains et créer une douche en plus de la baignoire

La tranquillita', la struttura immersa nel verde di una pineta e l' eccelente gastronomia. Lo staff sempre molto disponibile ed acogliente.

La habitación, que era con vistas a la playa y la decoración de la misma muy alegre

Creemos que deben mejorar la calidad del desayuno, no se corresponde para un hotel de 5 estrellas

Hotel calme tres agréable, la discrétion du personnel. La restauration exellente, petit dej idem. Vue sur la mer de la chambre, l'accé direct à la plage. La propreté de l'hotel, du parc... . Le jardin ses plantations, ses petits endroits ombragés ....

L'espace sauna haman piscine intérieur que j'ai moins apprécié.
