The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The location was great with easy access to shops, transport and the beach.

The location to some very good resturants & the location of the beach the pool & spa very good

It is not complaint but the reception team were very slow, butdealt with us very well they were very friendly

Hotel de bonne qualité. Heureusement nous étions côté piscine car côté rue cela smble un peu tristounet et bruyant. Les repas buffet sont variés et abondants. Nous pensons y retourner

So called "SPA" is pretty small. Room was pretty small for 2 adults + 2 kids. The surrounding area is nice and calm, but not very suitable for walking with a stroller, especially if you go to the downtown (15 min).

Good location, good rooms, very good staff, but they can speak english much better, excellent choice of meals for breakfast and dinner.

Everything is excellent. You can put mini bars in the rooms, that would be perfect stay.

Le spa est agréable, le buffet est assez copieux

La salle de restauration n'est pas assez grande (surtout quand on est en groupe), le buffet ferme trop tôt le soir

The location of the hotel is in quite area but not so far from lloret de mar and all the activities.

The sauces for the pasta at dinner, otherwise was all good.

Easy to get to the beach, good pool and spa. Close to town centre. Bus station is only 15 minutes steady walk away. Good food and plenty of selection. Clean and tidy. If in the area would use again.

I posti a sedere al ristorante sono troppo pochi rispetto ai clienti. Occorrerebbe impostare due orari di turni o misure alternative.

La propreté en général, les chambres, l'hotel, la climatisation, pas de bruit la nuit on dort donc correctement. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Complexe agréable avec 2 piscines, le spa et le jaccuzi petite salle de muscu, qui sont accessibles a tout moment pour les adultes. Les parents et les enfants y trouvent leur compte.

Le café du matin..... Quand on aime un bon expresso et les "jus de fruits" ! Les buffets restent corrects, toutefois, il ne faut pas y aller pour la gastronomie, juste le plaisir de ne pas cuisiner, c'est très "industriel" mais ça reste correct

Negativo sicuramente e l'attesa per cercare un tavolo la sera,per me era più corretto dividere la cena in 2 turni visto il numero di clienti .

Personale cordiale e simpatico, posizione tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le varie strutture della città, albergo pulito e ben tenuto.

La gentillesse du personnel

La fameuse question de la "réservation des transats par pose de serviette interdite". C'est bien d'afficher cette interdiction.. Mais il faudrait faire quelque chose pour la faire (un peu) respecter. Par exemple de façon ludique , les animateurs pourraient repérer les serviettes qui bloquent des transats toute la journée , et demander à qui elles sont.... Si personne ne répond , la serviette est enlevée...j'ai vu ça dans certains clubs...
