The location and the pool area

I did not like the hotel at all. The room is not a four star standard room. No fridge or hairdryer, uncomfortable beds, noisy rooms day and night. Old furniture and bathrooms. It is recommended as a 2 star hotel not four!!!.

The staff are not very friendly to the English. We had a water leak in our roomand it took thema long time to come and look at it and clean it up.

What we liked most
All the staff was really lovely and helpful, plenty of free activities, great swimming pools. Ideal location : not in the town centre, but still at reasonable walking distance (10-15 mins)

The thin walls so I recommend ear plugs!! The continental breakfast is not great, best to go for the English one.

La structure, le service de sécurité et l'efficacité d’intervention du personnel technique

La nourriture, l’organisation du service restaurant et la literie qui n’est changé que sur demande et encore. Sur Quinze jours, la literie a été changée sur demande une fois. Bruyant.

Rustige ligging, net buiten stadscentum. Uitstekende kinderanimatie.

Kamers wel iets op het kleinst. Parking auto wel "duur", 50 euro voor 6 nachten

We were placed in a room in the basement. From the terrase we looked into a wall. The dinner was the same every day.
