Instalaciones muy correctas para un tres estrellas. Lo mejor - el desayuno!

Las habitaciones son algo justas, aunque disponen de todo lo necesario: armario, tv, caja fuerte (que se paga aparte...), aire acondicionado, nevera.

Prettig dat je auto, tegen betaling van 10 euro per dag, in een gesloten parkeergarage kon staan. Lekker ook om alles te voet te kunnen doen: naar het strand, winkelen, eten en drinken!

Het hotel werd vnl. bevolkt door jongelui die met name 's avonds en 's nachts behoorlijk luidruchtig waren! Een ongestoorde nachtrust moet je in Hotel Bertran dan ook niet verwachten. Het balkon was erg klein! We hadden een kamer voor 4 personen, maar met z'n allen buiten zitten was onmogelijk.

What we liked most
La gentillesse du personnel parlant français et anglais, les prix vraiment abordable du bar, la piscine de taille correcte, la position entre"terre et mer", la superficie et propreté de la chambre

Un petit bémol sur les repas, notamment le petit déjeuner : les mêmes plats, à l'identique tous les jours.Desserts industriels pour le diner, les fins gourmets seront déçus!

Najbardziej podobala mi sie obsluga w recepcji, w szczegolnosci bardzo mila Carla. Mielismy przestronny pokoj z balkonem niestety z widokiem na inny hotel.

Najwiekszym minusem tego hotelu podczas naszego pobytu byla duza liczba osob wracajaca nad ranem z dyskotek.

La proprete de notre chambre et l`amabilite du personnel.

L`hôtel est très propre est le personnel aimable mais il y a eu beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit. Les clients sont très jeunes, des adolescents, et ils font beaucoup de bruit, frappe les portes, écoutent de la musique très fort. Si vous voulez passer une vacance tranquille vous devraient aller dans un autre hôtel. Pour les adolescents c`est le lieu parfait.

What we liked most
Excellent hotel in a quiet location, yet very central to shops and the beach. Also very close to bus station. A very comfortable stay. Breakfast was super too.

No frigobar and television a bit too small for the room.
