The apartments Rosa Clara are situated in the centre of Lloret de Mar, in a quiet zone and only 200 meter far from the beach and the fun and leisure area. Open all year, the apartments are fully equipped: complete bathroom, kitchen with kitchenware, heaters and/or air conditioned and living room with balcony. On the fourth floor, a solarium terrace with a Jacuzzi for exclusive use of our guests. On the ground floor, the Carpi Pizzeria, that offers their Italian specialities. In the basement, the music bar HULA-HULA, which has been offering during over 35 years cocktail nights and music, with recognized local DJs and our bartenders who will prepare you the best cocktails in town. We would also like to offer you the new and exclusive “Gin Tonic Space”, with the most reputed gins and all the tonic waters for perfect marriages.

Entry
The check in will be in an arranged time between the guest and the reception. House contract signed and key delivery. You should pay the caution deposit (50€ per person and stay) and the whole stay during the check in. When booking the apartments, it is necessary to pay the 20% of the total amount of the invoice. This amount will be discounted when you pay the stay during the check in.

Departure
Normally, the check out time is until noon. There is a possibility of agreement for a late check out time. We will revise your apartment and in case everything is good, we will return the caution deposit.

In the arrival, our guests should pay a caution deposit of 50€ per person and stay.

Cancellation
When you book the apartments through any via (post, e-mail, telephone, webpage…), it is necessary to pay a 20% of the total amount of the invoice. In case you are not coming, we will return the entire amount you paid in advance but, as an exception, if the cancellation is after 12 hours before the check in, you will only receive the 75% of the paid amount.

We offer extra beds for children and adult people. Terms and conditions to be consulted in reception.

Animals
Animals are welcome. Damages resulting from naughty pets will be paid by their owners.
